No water, no tub? Don't worry, just rub!

DryBath: Paving the way for a lazier, cleaner generation.

A student in South Africa going by the name of Ludwick Marishane has invented what is known as DryBath: a showergel that doesn't require water and is simply rubbed onto a persons skin. It is said to kill off 99.9% of all bacteria and does not leave that alcohol like scent that you commonly find after lopping on some hand sanitizer.

One packet replaces one tub of water and will be priced at 30p per packet. Marishane invented the product just using his basic phone, google and wikipedia(!) and was inspired by what he calls his lazy friend who presumably, smelled worse than my gym socks. A really neat invention that Marishane claims will be utilized by the military, airline and hotel industry in the near future, it also enables the poor to be able to maintain a better standard of hygiene, specially those who have little or no access to water sources.
